One of the most sunning landscapes I’ve seen, Badlands National Parks pops up out of the prairie unexpectedly, offering beautiful vistas. When I visited, clouds were beginning to part and casting sunshine on the various ridges, a beautiful site that was nearly impossible to capture via iPhone camera. Traveling with Zoey meant I couldn’t hike the ridges but I stopped at several pull-offs to take in the view. Another highlight, rocking Bruce Springstein’s Badlands while cruising through the winding roads… obviously 🙂

This is a must-visit and somewhere I’d love to explore more again!
